> Swoop is a photo-verified trash can service. We take cans to the curb and back on collection day — at home, away, or a rental. Book Take Out, Return, or both in the app.

Swoop is not the municipal garbage truck — the city still collects the trash. Swoop is also not Swoop the airline, Swoop Funding, or Swoop Aero.

## FAQ

- **Is Swoop at my address?** Add the address in the app. If we serve it, you can book. If not yet, you’re on the waitlist and we tell you when it opens.
- **How do I book a visit?** Get the app, add the property, pick Take Out, Return, or both. Book once, or set a schedule that matches collection day.
- **When do the cans actually move?** Take Out is usually the night before collection. Return is on collection day, after pickup. You pick the job — one, the other, or both.
- **What if there’s a gate, a lock, or a note?** Put it on the property — gate code, where the cans live, pets, anything the Swooper needs. It goes with the visit.
- **Is recycling included?** Yes. Add the recycling can to Take Out or Take Out & Return. No extra charge.
