What is Swoop?
Swoop is a premium trash bin collection service — think "Uber for trash cans." We handle taking your trash bins to and from the curb on collection day, with photo verification so you know it's done. Download the app, schedule service, and never worry about trash day again.
How does scheduling work?
After adding your property, choose one-time service or set up a recurring schedule that matches your trash collection day. Swoop automatically dispatches a background-checked Swooper to handle your bins. You'll receive photo confirmation when the job is complete.
What areas do you serve?
Swoop is rapidly expanding! Sign up in the Swoop app, add your address to check availability. If we're not in your area yet, your address will be added to the waitlist and we'll notify you when service becomes available.
What does "photo verification" mean?
Every time a Swooper completes a job, they take a photo as proof of service. You'll receive the photo directly in the app so you can verify your bins were properly handled — especially helpful if you're away from home or managing a property remotely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel recurring service at any time through the app. If you chose one-time service, there's nothing to cancel — just book again whenever you need us.
Do I need to tip drivers?
Nope! Swoop is a zero-tip service. The price you see is the price you pay — no tips expected or accepted. Our Swoopers are fairly compensated so you never have to worry about it.
What if my trash day changes?
No problem. You can update your schedule anytime in the app. If your municipality changes collection days (like around holidays), just adjust your recurring service to match and we'll take care of the rest.
