How do I log in to Swoop?
Sign in happens inside the Swoop app, not on the website. Download the app from the App Store, then create an account or sign in with Apple. Enterprise customers receive a separate portal URL at onboarding.
Is there a Swoop customer portal or dashboard on the website?
No — customers and drivers use the iOS app to manage pickups, schedules, payments, and account settings. Enterprise customers (property managers, HOAs) have a dedicated portal provided at onboarding, separate from the marketing website.
What devices does the Swoop app support?
The Swoop app is currently available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). Android is on the roadmap — join the waitlist from the website to be notified when it launches.
Do I need a subscription to use Swoop?
No. Swoop is pay-per-pickup with no contracts and no monthly fees. Book a one-time pickup for $11.99 or set up a recurring schedule that matches your trash day — you can cancel anytime.
What cities does Swoop serve?
Swoop currently operates in 14+ Florida cities including Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Wellington, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, Winter Garden, and Clermont. See the full service area at /locations/.
How much does the Swoop app cost to download?
The Swoop app is free to download. You only pay when you book a service — $11.99 for take-out or return, $19.99 for full take-out and return service.
