How do they claim and use it?
They open the Swoop app (or portal if they already use it), enter the code, and credit lands on their account. Partial use is fine — remainder stays.
Can they use only part of the credit?
Yes. If a service costs less than the gift, the rest stays on their balance for next time.
Do I need a Swoop account to buy?
No. Guest checkout is fine — we only need your email for the receipt and to recover the code if you close the tab.
Can I buy a gift for myself?

Does the recipient need the app?
