How do I delete my Swoop account?

In the Swoop or Swooper app: Profile or Settings → Delete account. You can also email a request from the Delete Your Account page — you do not need to reinstall the app.

Can I delete data without closing my account?

Yes. Use Request Data Deletion to ask us to remove some or all personal data while keeping the account open. Send the request from the email on the account.

I’m a Swooper — which policies apply to me?

The Driver Services Agreement and Deactivation Policy apply if you drive as an independent contractor. Privacy, Terms, and Community Guidelines apply to everyone on the platform.
