Application status and getting the app

After you apply, here’s what to expect:

1. Review — we check your application and run a background check.
2. Approval — once you’re cleared, we’ll email you next steps.
3. Download the Swooper app using the link we send and finish setting up your profile.
4. Start accepting services near you.

Checking on your application

If it’s been a while and you haven’t heard back, check the inbox for the email you applied with (including spam). Still nothing? Email us and we’ll look into your application status.
