Application status and getting the app

After you apply in the Swooper app, here’s what to expect:

1. Review — we check your application and run a background check.
2. Approval — once you’re cleared, you’ll see status updates in the app (and usually get a notification).
3. Finish setup — connect payouts through Stripe and complete any remaining profile steps.
4. Start accepting services near you.

Checking on your application

Open the Swooper app and check your application status anytime. If it’s been a while and nothing has updated, email us and we’ll look into it.
