The Monthly Plan: weekly or twice-weekly service

The Monthly Plan is the simplest way to stop thinking about trash day. One flat price covers Take Out & Return on the day(s) you choose, and recycling is included.

What’s included

• Weekly — $45/month — Take Out & Return once a week, on the day you choose.
• Twice-weekly — $65/month — Take Out & Return on the two days you choose.
• Recycling included — no upcharge.
• All cans included — no per-can fee. The monthly price covers every can at the property.
• No contracts, no tipping, no setup fees. Prices shown at signup are the prices that apply to that enrollment; list prices may change, and we’ll email you before a new price applies to a plan you already have.

How to start

In the app, tap Schedule, choose your property, and pick Monthly Plan. Choose weekly or twice-weekly, select your pickup day(s), and confirm — your plan starts right away.

Free trial

New customers and new service addresses may be offered a 7-day free trial at signup. A trial isn’t guaranteed and isn’t available to everyone — when you’re eligible, the trial length, your first charge date, and the amount are all shown before you confirm. You can cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged for the plan.

Manage your plan

You can cancel anytime from the app. Cancelling stops future billing, and there are no cancellation fees.
