Once your property is added, booking takes a few taps. Open the app, tap Schedule, choose your property, then pick how you want to Swoop it.

One-time

Pick a service type — Take Out, Return, or Take Out & Return — choose a service date, confirm, and pay. Best for a single pickup, like when you’re traveling or just need a hand once.

Recurring

The same service types on a repeating schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — to match your collection day. Recurring service saves 20% automatically, and you can cancel anytime. You pick a start date and we handle each pickup from there.

Monthly Plan

One flat price for twice-weekly Take Out & Return with recycling included. You choose your two pickup days and we take it from there — see the Monthly Plan for details.

Swoop dispatches a Swooper for each scheduled service, and you’ll get a heads-up before each one.
