Payment methods and receipts

How you pay

At checkout you add a credit or debit card. Checkout is secure — payments are processed by Stripe — and for recurring service and the Monthly Plan your saved card is charged automatically before each service, with any recurring discount already applied.

Update your payment method

Open the app, go to your account settings, and update or replace your card. New recurring services will use the updated method.

Find your receipts

Every completed service generates a receipt you can view in the app under your service history. If you need a receipt resent, email us and we’ll help.
