Reschedule or cancel a service

You’re always in control of your schedule.

Reschedule

Open the app, go to your upcoming service, and change the date. As long as a Swooper hasn’t started the job, you can move it to a day that works better.

Cancel

• Recurring service: cancel anytime from the app — there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
• One-time service: there’s nothing to cancel for future dates; just book again whenever you need us.

If you need to cancel a service that’s scheduled for today and the option isn’t available, open Support in the app or email us right away and we’ll help.
