What is Swoop and how does it work?

Swoop handles trash day for you. On your collection day, a background-checked Swooper takes your cans to the curb, brings them back after pickup, or both — and sends you a photo so you know it’s done.

How it works

1. Download the app and create an account.
2. Add your property — your address plus any gate code, note, or photo that helps your Swooper find your cans.
3. Pick your service — take out, return, or both.
4. Choose how to book — a one-time service, a recurring schedule, or the flat-price Monthly Plan.
5. Relax. You get a heads-up before each service and photo proof after.

There are no contracts and no tipping — the price you see is the price you pay.
