In the Portal, add a property with its address and any details Swoopers need to service it. Each property can hold its own access notes and schedule.

Bulk-import a portfolio

Managing many properties? Rather than adding them one by one, our team can bulk-import your portfolio for you. Send your list of addresses through contact our team and we’ll get everything loaded quickly. (Self-service bulk import is coming to the Portal.)

Before your first service, make sure each property has clear gate codes and access notes.
