Delete your account

You can delete your Swoop customer account, Swooper driver account, or associated personal data at any time. Use the app if you still have it installed, or request deletion by email from this page — you do not need to reinstall the app.

In the app

• Swoop (customer) Open the app → Profile → Delete account → confirm.
• Swooper (driver) Open the app → Settings → Delete account → confirm.
• Portal (property managers) Sign in at portal.swoopit.io → Profile → Delete account, or email support from the address on file.

What happens after you request deletion

• We verify the request against the email address on your account.
• We deactivate the account and delete or de-identify personal data associated with it, subject to legal retention (for example tax, payment, and dispute records).
• We aim to complete verifiable requests promptly and within the timeframes in our Privacy Policy (typically within 45 days).
