Request data deletion

Use this page to ask us to delete some or all of your personal data without deleting your account . You do not need to reinstall the app. Send the request from the email address on your account so we can verify it.

Examples of data you can request to remove

Profile fields you no longer want stored
Service or proof photos you uploaded
In-app messages or support history
Location history we can remove under our retention rules

What we may need to keep

Some records are retained when required by law or for security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, or dispute resolution (for example driver tax and payout records). We will tell you if part of a request cannot be completed for those reasons. Details: Privacy Policy.
